Alice completed a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Newcastle in Australia.
She also holds a diploma in professional Pilates instruction, as well as certificates in APPI (Lv1) and DMA (Lv1,2), and Fitness III and IV.
These certificates provide useful techniques for clients to recover from surgery and injury through exercise and rehabilitation.
She provides manual therapy and exercise prescription techniques to help clients achieve their goals.
Alice has extensive clinical experience and knowledge about the elderly, and can provide customized falls prevention programs that include education and exercise.
In her free time, Alice enjoys exercising at home or at the gym, and watching baseball and tennis.
